These terms govern your use of the Frida Camden website (https://fridacamden.com) and the booking, catering and contact services offered through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that we may release the table.
You'll receive a 6-digit PNR code by email. Keep it safe — you can use it on the Lookup page with your email to check status.
We reserve the right to decline, modify or cancel reservations in exceptional circumstances (kitchen closures, private events, force majeure).
Party sizes over 8 guests may be redirected to our catering/private events team.
No deposit is taken online. Large parties may be asked for a deposit separately.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

Please cancel or amend your reservation by calling us at . Repeated no-shows may result in future reservations being refused.

4. Catering & private events

Catering enquiries submitted through the site are not confirmed bookings. Our team will contact you to quote, agree menus and confirm availability. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit and written confirmation are exchanged.

5. Menu & prices

Menu items, prices and availability are shown on the site for information only. Final pricing is at the table or quote. We may change the menu without notice. Allergen information is provided on request — please inform staff of any allergies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, fraudulent or malicious reservation/contact data.
Attempt to access, probe or disrupt the admin area, server, or any other user's data.
Scrape, copy or redistribute content from this site without permission.
Automated submissions to the booking or contact forms are prohibited — forms are rate-limited and protected.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos, videos and other creative assets on this site are © Frida Camden (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. Reuse requires written permission.

8. Liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

9. Third-party services

The site may link to external services (Deliveroo, Instagram, Facebook). We're not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect existing reservations will be communicated directly.
